Hi there, I’m Maggie! I am a foodie, a Holistic Nutritionist and a Plant-Based Chef in training.
One of my main passions in life is to show how easy and delicious healthy eating can be. Also, to express the importance of balanced eating and how to live a balanced life
I am from Cincinnati Ohio and am currently living in Sweden!The kitchen is my happy place. I love to bake and cook and explore new dishes and flavors. I especially love to experiment with popular indulgent dishes and put my own healthy twist on it.
I have my Bachelors Degree in Food and Nutrition from the University of Cincinnati. I am also Certified in Holistic Nutrition through AFPA. Currently, I am studying to become a Certified Plant Based Chef. I have gained a lot of knowledge through experience in my own life figuring out which foods make me feel the est. I hope to share all of my knowledge to you.
I love to travel and explore new places .My favorite workouts include running, pilates and long walks while listening to podcasts.
